For Facebook – January 2016 Prize Draw

This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Heatline, not Facebook. By entering the promotion all participants accept that they have no claim against Facebook whatsoever.
Entry into the prize draw is free.
To enter the prize draw, participants must ‘like’ the page and the relevant prize draw Facebook post.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
The prize closes at 9pm on Sunday 31st January 2016. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.
The prize draw is open to fans of the Heatline Facebook page, aged 18 or over, resident in Cornwall UK only within a 30mile radius of our Helston office, except employees of Heatline, their immediate family, or any person or company associated with the draw.
No responsibility will be taken by Heatline for entries which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost. Incomplete entries will not qualify for the competition. Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.
The prize is for a one free bolier service only, valid until 29th February 2016.
The winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries. Heatline decision is final. Correspondence will not be entered into.
The winner will be announced and notified on Facebook. The winner will be contacted via Facebook message within 3 days of the closing date.
The winner must claim the prize by 7th February 2016.
The winner will be required to supply their contact and address details which will only be used to send out the prize.
If the winner does not claim the prize by the 7th February 2016, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant or to re-offer the prize in a future draw.
Prize is non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives. Heatline reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
To obtain the winners name, send a stamped address envelope to Heatline January Prize Draw, Unit 7/Angel Centre/Tyacke Rd, Helston TR13 8RR.
Winners must be willing to participate in publicity if required.
All entrants to the prize draw will be deemed to have accepted the rules.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel alter or amend the draw or the prize due to any circumstance that arises beyond our control.
The prize draw is subject to the laws of England Wales and Ireland
